That was just the beginning for me, though. I continued to learn Reiki over the years and shared it with my friends and family. I became a Master Teacher because I believe that Reiki is a powerful tool for personal and planetary transformation and I want to be able to share it with anyone who chooses to discover it! I opened VIBRATIONS, my Reiki practice, to bring more peace and joy into people's lives by helping them learn to overcome their obstacles, whatever they may be, ranging anywhere from back pain and stress, to feeling stuck in their job or relationship. I help them reconnect to themselves and their Source in lasting ways through a variety of techniques that include Reiki and intuitive mentoring. After working with me, you will not only feel better physically, you will gain clarity about yourself and your Path, which will bring you great joy and peace! Quantum physics has proven what Oriental medicine has said all along, we are energetic beings! Reiki is the Universal Life Force Energy and channeling it into our energy field raises our vibrations and dissolves blocks and imbalances there, impacting every aspect of our self: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. My name is Andrea Friedmann and I am a Reiki Master Teacher from Bogotá, Colombia. I was first introduced to Reiki when I got a blinding migraine in a store in Chicago. I must have looked green at the gills because a young woman asked if I wanted to sit down. I told her how sick I felt, and that I didn't know how I would get home because my vision was impaired. She asked if she could try something and I agreed. When she touched my head and arms, my pain disappeared and my vision cleared up! I wanted to know what she had done, and learned that it was Reiki, that I could learn it at that very place, which I immediately signed up to do. A few months after I started practicing Reiki on myself, the paralizing migraines and headaches were gone from my life for good!
