WHAT DOES A REIKI SESSION FEEL LIKE?
I hold my Reiki sessions on a massage table or a comfortable chair, according to your needs. You lie on the table or sit in the chair, fully clothed except for your shoes, while I place my hands on or over your body. The Reiki energy coming from my hands can cause a feeling of glowing radiance flowing through and around your body, you may also perceive it as comforting heat or tingling vibrations. A lot of times, people feel sleepy and some even take a nap!
