VIBRATIONS PoliciesPrivacy policyWe respect your privacy and will not share, rent or sell your information at any time. For mentoring and programs:Cancellation and postponement policyIn order to make Reiki sessions available to all who need them, we appreciate it when our clients call or email to cancel a session they are unable to attend. To avoid being charged for the session, please let us know 48 hours before your appointment, if you will be unable to keep it. If you have missed two in-person appointments without cancelling in the past year, we will ask you to prepay upon setting up another session. When needed, and by mutual agreement, appointments can be postponed. Nonetheless, programs will end at the latest two months after the date determined in the contract. There will be no refunds for appointments or sessions that were not held. Payment policyServices that occur over time and do not end in one session are paid in the following manner: There is a discount for full prepayment. If payment is not in full, half is paid in advance, upon signing the contract for services. The rest can be paid monthly, with each session or upon presentation of services, according to what has previously been agreed upon. There will be no refunds. Services will be paid according to the contract, monthly or with sessions. If payment is not made or is incomplete, the total shall be paid before seven (7) days. If this does not occur, a 5% late charge will be incurred. If collection services should be necessary, the client will be responsible for these fees. Non-payment of a previously agreed upon fee, be it monthly or with sessions, will result in cancellation of the contract, wth no refunds for prepaid amounts. For ClassesAbsence & Late ArrivalBecause of the amount of material we cover, class needs to begin promptly. Please support your instructor and fellow students by arriving before class begins. We also recognize that there are times when being late is unavoidable, and it is better to come late than not at all. Know that we will already have started, and join in when you arrive. If you find that you are not able to come to a part of a class due to illness or other emergency, please call or email Andrea as soon as possible to let her know you cannot attend that day. Attendance and Other Requirements for Certificate of CompletionIn order to receive a Certificate of Completion for any of the VIBRATIONS Classes, the learner must attend at least 80% of the hours for that class. For a 6-hour class, 80% is five hours. In addition to attendance requirements, to receive a Certificate of Completion a learner must show competence in the subject matter of the class, as demonstrated by work in class, learning products created, and evaluations of the learner’s accomplishments by both the instructor and learner. Withdrawal and Tuition Credit Policy; Making up & Auditing ClassesIn order to keep class costs down, we appreciate it when our students call or email to advise us that they are unable to attend. To avoid being charged for the class, please let us know 24 hours before it begins that you will be unable to keep it. If you cannot attend a workshop or class you have paid for and give due notice as described above, you will receive a tuition credit for the amount you have paid. This credit can be applied to any VIBRATIONS workshop or class you attend in the future. There are no refunds. Auditing and making up classes: students are welcome to re-take any class they have paid for at no charge. May 2008, These policies are subject to change without notice at any time.
